As we have said, the history of our oil mill is a family history. But it is also an everyday life story.

It is in fact everyday life that guides all of our work, from the cultivation of the olives to the actual pressing.

This is why the extra virgin olive oils produced in our oil mill encompass the entire soul of our family in precious drops.

The “sense of Puglia” is ever present, but we have perfected it, eliminating that rough and strong tone that often distinguishes local productions.

This is why to satisfy all palates, after years of experience, two different creations that represent our two personalities have been born: one more intense, bold and courageous; the other more delicate, light and harmonious.

It doesn’t matter which one you choose, the important thing is that you are able to detect in every drop a flavour that speaks about history, bonds and everyday life. All elements that can gift any given recipe with that touch to make it unforgettable, to give it emotion.
